Insight Global's client is searching for a Bilingual, French Customer Service Representation to join their team. This person will contribute to the maintenance of an accurate data management system, while improving policies and procedures targeted to ensure a consistent and high-quality support operation through call handling, coordination, logging, tracking, delegation, issue resolution, and testing.

Required Skills & Experience
-FLUENT IN FRENCH - WRITING/READING/SPEAKING
-2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Call Center, or Hospitality
-Ability to learn and use multiple database systems and navigate between them quickly to investigate inquiries
-Experience handling 20-30 calls per day and 20-30 emails per day
-Proficient use of PC and the Microsoft Suite
-Strong written and verbal communication with high attention to detail
-Professional demeanor, proper tone with customers, time management, patience, etc.
