To support our Commercial Team we seek you as (Digital) Marketing Manager (m/f/d) Location: Kempen, Germany The (Digital) Marketing Manager focuses on developing the digital marketing strategies that align with Richter business goals and support global brand awareness and growth. The (Digital) Marketing Manager identifies new digital trends, technologies, and platforms to strengthen our market position and leads the Richter global social media strategy. Responsibilities: Developing innovative digital marketing strategies that support global brand awareness and growth Identify new digital trends, technologies and platforms to strengthen our market position Responsible for improving online visibility through effective SEO, content strategies, and conversion optimization Develop and drive marketing campaigns out of CRM Designing and measuring the effectiveness and performance of marketing activities, evaluating key figures and optimizing campaigns Ensuring a first-class customer experience on our website and implementing best practices for web design and user guidance Lead Richter global social media strategy and content to strengthen our presence Responsible for creating targeted content (blog posts, white papers, case studies) Responsible for creating engaging graphics and visual content that support Richter brand identity and effectively convey the marketing messages (Corporate Design) Preparation and coordination of trade fairs and roadshows Proven success in the following job competences: Degree in marketing, communication or a similar relevant field In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing and content marketing Experience in managing online advertising campaigns and web analytics tools Confident handling of key figure-based marketing High level of communication and writing skills Creativity and innovative spirit to drive new ideas Excellent communication skills in German and English We offer: A challenging and interesting area of responsibility in an international environment and a medium-sized international group company The opportunity to develop and add value to the company Perspective to expand the area of responsibility A competitive compensation package As part of the globally positioned IDEX Corporation, we rely on people who want to act independently and (pro-)actively in a dynamic working environment.
