Job Overview

Under the direction and oversight of the Evaluation and Impact Manager, this position is primarily responsible for providing support for analysis, quality assurance, data tracking and monitoring, project management, and preparing project deliverables related to the department’s evaluation efforts. This position will support with evaluation planning and data tracking development of all Health Education and Wellness programs. Major responsibilities include producing regular (e.g. monthly, quarterly, and annual) reports to support the Evaluation and Impact Manager in identifying clinical outcomes and quality of care problems, supporting quality improvement projects and initiatives, and ongoing measurement of outcomes for programmatic interventions. This position will be responsible for the synchronization of all operations involved in regards to data tracking and submission to reporting agencies. Includes maintaining project plans, calendars and timelines, dashboards and activities related to processes of participating recognition programs. The main focus of this position is to support with the promotion of evaluation, planning and learning amongst the department programs and grants with the aims of improving patient health outcomes and meeting enterprise-wide strategic and cascading goals.

Minimum Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in health care or related field is required; Master’s Degree in Public Health from an accredited college or university program with a focus in health care/community health is strongly preferred.
  2. A minimum of three years of experience in quality improvement/management, HEDIS analytics, or related experience preferred.
  3. Experience in process improvement strongly preferred.

Compensation

$70,304.00 - $87,880.00 annually

The range is subject to change.
