Job Description

Federal Subcontracts Senior Associate at Guidehouse in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Job Family : Federal Subcontracts Travel Required : Up to 25% Clearance Required : None What You Will Do : Demonstrates proven knowledge of the following: + Federal government contracts and subcontracts; electronic proposals; public sector contract file systems; government contract audits and close-outs. + Experience working with large and complex contracts pertaining to Subcontractors and consultants/vendors to Guidehouse (firm) where the firm is the Prime contractor to the Federal government, including knowledge of drafting contractual documents; knowledge of terms and conditions found in the prime contracts and the FAR and GSA schedule acquisition methods; negotiation of terms and conditions with coordination from the Office of the General Counsel, Security, Risk Management. + Experience maintaining and administering subcontract agreements throughout the contractual period of performance and creating/updating excel spreadsheets detailing all active subcontracts, and maintaining formal contract records and related. Correspondence using physical and electronic contract file systems. + Research skills pertaining to the public sector marketplace and active/inactive Federal government contracts. + Assists with government audits, contract close-outs and responds to request for information in the possession of the Federal government contracts department. + A proven record of success as an individual contributor that has knowledge of Federal subcontracts that includes developing and facilitating the execution of nondisclosure agreements, teaming agreements, and subcontract agreements; reviewing solicitations, and any proposed revisions to firm approved nondisclosure agreement, teaming agreement, and subcontract templates in accordance with company federal contract negotiation and solicitation review guidance. What You Will Need : Required: + 3-5 years+ years of experience as a subcontract's professional in the Federal government marketplace. + Associates Degree required. + A proven record of success interfacing with Subcontractors and consultants/vendors related to prime contracts for the U.S. Government, including senior-level officials and internal Firm leadership, as well as the ability to relay basic contract information and administration issues. + A proven record of success teaming with, and supporting the efforts of Contracts Department Management, client service professionals, legal, compliance, finance, and security functions. + A proven record of success and thorough skill levels, with the management of contracts and subcontracts so that they are readily accessible, maintained, and stored physically and electronically in accordance with Federal Government and firm records retention policies. What Would Be Nice To Have: + Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities concurrently within a fast-paced environment, including a proven record of success with the following: + Effective customer service orientation and organization skills while paying close attention to detail + Utilization of proactive listening and interpersonal skills to maintain a high level of productivity in an environment that places high priority upon success-driven teamwork + Verbal and written communications expressed in a clear and concise manner, including the utilization of Microsoft Office Suite to draft and review documents, analyze data, and prepare related presentations. The annual salary range for this position is $71,700.00-$107,600.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
