Career Opportunity: Litigation Attorney with Kaman & Cusimano, LLC – Milwaukee, WI

About the Role: As a Litigation Attorney, you will handle a variety of cases, including enforcement of property restrictions, contract disputes, construction defects, and other real property issues.

What You'll Do:

• Engage in significant client contact and public speaking.
• Manage a high project load and administrative staff.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge and independently handle all assigned cases.
• Chair client corporate meetings.
• Manage electronic task lists and billing.
• Advise clients on the status of their cases.
• Draft complaints and answers, conduct discovery, prepare witnesses, take and defend depositions, handle motion practice, prepare for trial, conduct trials, and perform appellate work.

Qualifications:

• Must be admitted to practice law in Wisconsin.
• 5 to 6 years of relevant litigation experience in real estate, corporate, or contract law, or in representing governmental organizations in litigation-based civil matters.
• Demonstrated dedication and hard work in prior roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft operating systems and other sophisticated software.
• Availability during business hours, as well as some evenings and weekends for client meetings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
