Position at Printique LLC.

As Printique's Videographer/Photographer, you will be responsible for the execution of all photographic and video content for marketing campaigns. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that all materials you create are aligned with our brand identity and marketing objectives. Your expertise in photography, videography, editing, and retouching will be essential in producing compelling and visually appealing content.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaboration:
  • Work with Brand Manager to deliver on the overall design for shoots
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align creative strategies with business goals.
  • Use stock photography and videos for quick outputs of several ecommerce and social media campaigns

2. Photography and Videography:
  • Plan, shoot, and direct high-quality photo and video content for various platforms.
  • Ensure all visual content is consistent with brand guidelines and standards.
  • Manage and maintain photography and videography equipment and budgets
  • Leverage relationships to create collaboration for studio rentals, artist and photographer collaborations

3. Editing and Retouching:
  • Perform advanced photo and video editing, including color correction, retouching, and compositing.
  • Ensure all edited content meets the highest standards of quality and creativity.
  • Able to use stock images and lifestyle / product flat lays to add brand images to create campaigns
  • Ability to use stock videos for various themes and edits mixed in with brand collateral for effective storytelling

4. Brand Marketing Campaigns:
  • Develop and execute innovative and effective brand marketing campaigns using interactive media and tools.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling visuals for advertising, social media, Ecommerce website and other promotional materials.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of creative campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.

5. Project Management:
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively for creative projects.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Organizational skills are a must.
  • Uploading and filing of all assets on the NAS/Drive by Year, Season, Campaign, Platform.

Qualifications:
  • Expertise in photography, videography, editing, and retouching.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) Capture One, Canva and other relevant software.
  • AI skills and knowledge of using AI is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and visual communication.
  • Excellent communication, and project management skills.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your creative work and technical skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Photography, Fine Arts, Design, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in creating content for e-commerce website, performance ads, social media, email platforms.
  • Knowledge of current trends in photography, videography, typography music and marketing.
    • Working knowledge of AI in photography, videography, editing, retouching
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

This role requires three on-site days weekly to ensure in-person collaboration, improved communication, effective teamwork, and real-time problem solving to enhance team synergy and productivity. A standard 40 hour work week is expected.

The salary range for this role is $65,000 to $75,000. The rate will be determined based on overall skills and experience.
